Legal Disclaimer for Deadeye Trade Simulator AND Indicators

1. General Information
Deadeye Trade Simulator (“the Game”) is a simulated trading competition designed for entertainment purposes only. The Game does not involve real financial transactions, and no actual cryptocurrency or fiat currency is traded within the platform. Participation in the Game does not constitute financial investing, trading, or any form of securities activity.

2. No Gambling or Wagering
The Game is a skill-based competition, and outcomes are determined by user trading strategies within a simulated environment. The Game does not incorporate elements of chance, lotteries, or house betting. No random number generators, casino-style wagering, or gambling mechanics are present. The Game is not classified as gambling under U.S. law and is structured to comply with global gaming regulations. However, users should check local laws before participating.

3. Prize Distribution & Payouts
Tournament winnings are not guaranteed and depend on participation levels and revenue. Prize pools are funded by tournament entry fees, with a percentage allocated for payouts. Payouts are subject to revenue exceeding costs. Users acknowledge that failure to meet these conditions may result in adjusted or canceled prize distributions.

All withdrawals require a minimum balance of $100 and are processed manually once per day at 7 PM Eastern Time. A 5% processing fee applies to cover administrative costs. USDT (TRC-20 or ERC-20) is the sole payout method. A $10 transaction fee applies to ERC-20 payouts to ensure that high network fees do not impact platform operations. TRC-20 is the default recommended network for lower costs.

4. No Financial Advice
Deadeye Trade Simulator does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Participation in the Game should not be interpreted as an endorsement of any trading strategy or market speculation. The Game does not simulate real-market conditions with full accuracy and is strictly for educational and entertainment purposes.

5. Compliance with Local Laws
Users are responsible for ensuring that participation in the Game complies with local regulations. Certain jurisdictions may classify skill-based competitions with cash prizes as gambling. It is the user’s responsibility to determine if participation is legally permitted in their country or region. Deadeye Trade Simulator and its operators bear no responsibility for legal repercussions arising from unauthorized participation.

6. Anti-Cheating & Fair Play
Multi-accounting, bot usage, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited. The Game reserves the right to investigate and terminate accounts found violating fair play policies. Users suspected of fraudulent activity may be banned from tournaments and forfeit any winnings.

7. Trading Indicators & Market Tools Disclaimer
Deadeye Trade Simulator offers access to proprietary TradingView indicators and market analysis tools as part of its platform. These indicators are designed solely for informational and educational purposes and should not be construed as investment advice or financial guidance. Past performance of any indicator or strategy does not guarantee future results. Users are responsible for their own trading decisions and should conduct independent research before making any financial commitments.

Deadeye Trade Simulator and its affiliated tools do not offer personalized investment recommendations and bear no liability for any trading losses or financial damages incurred through reliance on provided indicators. Use of indicators within the platform does not replace professional financial advice.
